The Bank of Russia disconnected Axonbank from its system of bank electronic urgent payments (BESP) on Friday morning, follows from the closed mailing of the Central Bank to the participants of the system at the disposal of Izvestia. Sometimes disconnection from this system is due to legal reasons (for example, reorganization), in rare cases it leads to technical problems. However, most often, as practice shows, the banks disconnected from BESP are soon revoked by the regulator.

In addition, as Izvestia found out, last week Axonbank stopped issuing deposits to customers. The credit institution explains the refusal to refund funds by “software update”.

Unfortunately, now it is impossible to do this: technical work is underway to update the software, - the operator of the bank's call-center replied to Izvestia on Friday, when it was possible to withdraw the deposit in the near future. On Sunday, another employee of the financial institution said that "so far, no action with the funds is possible."

However, as early as Monday, the Axonbank call center informed Izvestia that “investigative measures are now underway in relation to one of the bank's clients, all transactions are blocked”.

The Investigative Committee at the end of last week seized servers and stationary computers in the central office of Axonbank as part of the investigation of criminal cases related to tax evasion by companies "Axon Yar" and "Avers". The investigation believes that in 2010-2012 the management of these companies "deliberately, by including knowingly false information in tax returns" evaded taxes: the Avers company underpaid 54 million rubles, the Axon Yar company - 38 million rubles.

Now Axonbank ranks 310th in terms of assets. At the end of 2016, the credit institution received a net profit of 48.7 million rubles (at the end of 2015 - 67.4 million rubles of loss). The lion's share of income (73.3%) in the first quarter was interest. Almost all loans issued to legal entities are for “other activities” and for “completion of settlements”.

The bank is heavily dependent on the funds of individuals, which make up 66% of the total liabilities: the population keeps 2.9 billion rubles in it. It should be noted that Axonbank is included in the deposit insurance system, and in case of revocation of the license, the losses of depositors in the amount of up to 1.4 million rubles will be compensated.

As of the last two reporting dates (May 1 and June 1), the H3 ratio (current liquidity ratio, limiting the risk of liquidity loss within the next month. - Izvestia), Axonbank withstood a monthly outflow of only 9.5% of borrowed funds. “By that time, we were already actively selling furniture within the framework of the hypermarket itself,” shares Andrey Ozerov, “but this was furniture purely for the DIY format. These categories are always in demand by our customer. We produced these products ourselves, since we did not find suppliers who could meet the needs of the network in terms of volumes and terms. "

Today the factory, owned by Axon, produces up to 10 thousand items. It produces kitchens (sold in Axon under the Etana brand), bathroom furniture, upholstered furniture, dining groups and even its own collection of home textiles.

“The interior and furniture assortment today provides us with up to 20 percent of our turnover,” clarifies Mr. Ozerov. - And not all product groups are represented by their own brands. For certain categories - for example, tables and chairs - we cooperate with external suppliers.

However, I believe that Axon does not cover even half of the furniture needs of its visitors. Having bought construction and finishing materials, our clients go to other stores - to look for furniture that is more interesting and original than we offer. But they could well make furniture purchases in Axon. However, for this it is necessary to significantly diversify the offer. That is why we are now actively working on expanding the range of furniture. But we want to do this not through direct purchases, but through a mutually beneficial partnership scheme. "

The partnership project, as Andrei Ozerov sees it, is a hybrid of lease-commission-service relations, which minimizes risks for all participants in the process. This format is a definite challenge to the formats already existing. This is courage and novelty.

Axon is ready to provide furniture companies with retail space in the central part of the construction hypermarket - right on the stream. At the same time, the products of furniture partners are exhibited taking into account the categorical zoning - kitchens, upholstered furniture, cabinet programs. Axon is not against branding such expositions, but the contour elements of the brand sections are supposed to be designed independently so as not to disrupt the visual structure of the hypermarket.

“We are not talking about any rigid exhibition regulations, but the general visual consensus and expositional logic must be taken into account,” says Andrey Ozerov. - In the end, we work for the convenience of our customers. At first, furniture makers can enter our centers as ordinary tenants, but in the future we plan to complicate relations - to switch to a commission payment.

It should be understood that together with the top-end trading platform, the furniture maker gets access to our key services - cash services, an online store, customer logistics, as well as furniture assembly services. The costs of organizing these areas, excluding the online store, in the structure of any retail network take up to 20-40 percent. As part of a partnership with Axon, a furniture company can avoid them.

As for the online store, there is a special conversation here. Entering the online sales market is getting more expensive every year, and furniture makers have less and less chances to be integrated into successful Internet projects. We propose to join ours virtually on velvet terms. "

According to Andrey Ozerov, the stage of integration of the new assortment into the Axon product matrix will take about a year. This is how much time it will take for furniture companies to provide an electronic catalog of their products for an online store, as well as test the sales system in the hypermarket itself.

“In the future, we will take a commission for our services - the provision of the site, omnichannel services and logistics,” explains the owner of Axon. - Why do I consider such a cooperation scheme to be more effective than traditional trade or ordinary rent? It's all about the DIY and furniture sales methodology. I believe that the furniture company itself should manage the sales at the hypermarket site. Our salespeople can't handle this. The sales system in a DIY hypermarket is based not on sellers, but on merchandising. Therefore, all Axon line personnel are trained to work not so much with customers as with products. And in the furniture trade, a lot depends on the seller, his knowledge, qualifications and methods of persuasion. We provide furniture makers with the opportunity to work on an effective platform without changing sales strategies. "

Axon started to implement a partnership project with furniture makers exactly six months ago. For the time being, the Axon hypermarket in Ivanovo acts as an experimental site. Today, the central furniture zone has already been designed here. The site covers over a thousand square meters. Most of the assortment is still represented by the products of Axon itself. But in parallel, negotiations are underway with external suppliers. For example, an agreement has already been signed with the Glazov company. The factory put its living rooms and nurseries here, and also provided sellers.

At the stage of completion - negotiations with the Katyusha concern, which is preparing to enter the project with its eponymous kitchen brand.

“In my opinion, the benefits that a furniture company gets from joining our partnership program are obvious,” says Andrey Ozerov. - First, traffic. It is 3-4 times higher than the traffic of any furniture center.

Secondly, our online store. Today, about 25 percent of all furniture sales are realized through it.

Thirdly, there are omnichannel services. In addition to the online store, sales can be carried out through the terminals of the omni-zones located in all construction hypermarkets of the Axon chain. That is, a furniture supplier does not have to rent retail space all over the chain at once. It is enough to open two or three expositions in key centers and at the same time gain access to the audience of all hypermarkets. In addition, the omnichannel approach allows the full assortment of the factory to be presented.

Who is Andrey Ozerov?

Andrey Alexandrovich Ozerov was born in Kostroma on April 11, 1966. He graduated from high school number 6, then studied at the Kostroma vocational school number 9, and in 1984 he served in the army. He graduated from the electrical engineering school and worked for two years in the Far North. In 1998-1999 he underwent professional retraining at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

In 1992, Andrey Ozerov organized the Axon company, which by now has grown into a large production and trade holding Axon.
